Argentina nearly did it tonight. Ireland ultimately with too much discipline in that defense to overcome. And too many caps, far too many caps - when are some of the 100+ retiring?
Been ill this week :( Elongated flu, still no feeling right 5 days later
Well enough for rugby the morn! Portugal, so the B team indeed, should be fun anyway. And mibbes ah can practice my Portuguese
Oi! Eu nao falo portugues. Tchao! Eu bebo uma cerveja por favor
The UK government have to obey the law, but they also make the laws. This feels more procedure than outcome based appeals. And as such I'd be astonished if HMG decide to stop this
Yous in Scotland is great to wind up Proper English speakers. If they whinge they get a y'all
Great to see OpenAPI being even more embraced. It truly is fantastic for multi-team engineering
Dunno about you, but I ain't making >£1000 per day, and looking round Grangemouth nor are many of that workforce. It doesn't add up. It lacks credibility and still reeks of Jim sabre rattling for more tax rebates
Edit: just double checked my maths. That's only £100 per employee. Which is very believable. But I still want to see the books
I didn't once see or hear anything anti-English in my time there, but there are baduns the whole world over. Let's all agree not to be snobs or prejudiced against those without a local accent
For sure, most are fine with it. But as a teuchter I did find quite a few struggling to understand my accent, which is pretty mild, and I'm pretty sure making fun in hindsight. I socialised mostly with other Scots as a consequence. Anyway, they wouldn't write this article if there wasn't some truth to it
You got that all correct! St Andrew's also has a snobbery issue, and Glasgow uni accent is also a thing in the west. But Edinburgh in particular is known for English 'yahs' who look down on the locals
No, quite surprised at that. Did they use a football pitch, or was it the rugby stadium?
Yes that advantage was far too long. Scrum was a shitshow all game sadly, Scotland looked well out our depth
Nor did Argentina take that scalp tonight. And we were 4 pts shy ourselves this year in Dublin. Home adv may mean that it's a coin flip in 2025!
