Depends on your region too, in some places salaries are very low in USD equivalent. But yes $4 USD is pretty cheap.
Steam has regional pricing, so for most regions it should roughly be the same value:
So for US standards (or EU, my region) it's way too cheap and will be considered a trash game because it's got a trash price. Ironic, isn't it?

You mean the title? I thought it was automated because often bots only post titles and a link, and no body. You do whatever works for you though, I ain't bothered.
