We have been together almost 10 years but lately things have been rocky. Today I (35M) tried to take her (31F) on a date but about an hour in, she said she was too tired and wanted to go home. We ended up staying about 2 hours and then left. Once we got home, she went straight to bed and went to sleep. I was really horny so I woke her up and asked for sex and she said no. I watched porn for a little bit then tried to ask her again. Now she was irritated and said no again but we haven't had sex In a long time and I really needed something. Then she said maybe later so I came back in an hour and she was still sleeping. I wasn't sure if I should wake her up but I did. Of course answer was still no. AITAH?

Idk if “asshole” is quite the correct term, but definitely wasn’t thinking about the wife.
