@The_other_fish the fact we had to make this rule says a lot about Australia tbh.

Like:.

"We heard you like rent seeking, so we put a rent seeker between your real estate agent rent seeker and your landlord rent seeker. So you can have three levels of rent seeking between you and your apartment"
