I don't think its that. Laura Loomer has been getting deeper and deeper into Trump's inner circle for the length of the campaign.
Meanwhile, MTG has been ostracized by the House GOP leadership.
This is just an insider-vs-outsider spat.
Trump mentioned her as a potential White House press secretary, which of course is horrifying.
