Revisionism — Downplaying or denying atrocities past and present will result in an immediate ban.
If you're violating instance rules, you'll typically be warned. Continuing poor behaviour after being warned will result in a ban or removal of your comments. Bans typically only last seven days, but repeat infractions will have longer sentences. You may ask to be unbanned.

MODERATORS
One time I posted a meme on a Blahaj community I moderated where someone named [email protected] was being transphobic. Ada, the instance owner, private messaged me to say I needed to redact the username or my post would be removed. She said Obvious_Troll is a real, trans Lemmy user and I'm not to attack them. There is no user called Obvious_Troll, I made that username up for the meme. Ada defended a fictional transphobic troll because they were from Hexbear.
Lemmy has a serious admin problem.
I think Ada is afraid of ever hurting a trans person, like by excluding them from their community, even though their job is to moderate users on the trans instance.
