While the quoted but is weird, when seen it context the whole answer is incoherent babbling. How anyone could look at him and think he'd do a good job running anything (ballpit, banana stand, etc) is beyond me.

That's one of the worst "old man losing it" videos I've seen, and I watched the entire Biden/Trump debate.
