Where do you see that? I have not found this option at all.

It should be in the profile menu on the top left. Perhaps LJ is rolling it out selectively.

I bought it last night and it was half the price in OP's screenshot. Either it has gone up, or again perhaps there is some A/B testing going on at different price points.
