Looks like Kanye and Kim Kardashian, both known for being "fashion forward."

Must be a pic from a few years ago, as they divorced after he went full nazi.

I was more commenting on the fluffy fur coat.

Which if I could get a fake-fur thing for less than 20 bucks…. It’d be a hilarious gag gift for someone I know who’s constantly cold. (He is the definition of frost queen.)
