This is how it always works for them: when Democrats win, that means voters love that sensible centrism, the party isn’t doing anything wrong. When democrats lose, that’s because purity leftists sabotaged the election, the democrats didn’t do anything wrong. See, if the Democrats never do anything wrong then they never have to confront their powerlessness to affect change to the political system.
