Bit of a rant, but what's the point of being able to follow my friends on Spotify if it doesn't make it easier to collaborate? For example when I tap "Invite" in the Blend feature, it just brings up the default system share sheet and I have to send the invite via text or a messaging app. Why doesn't it give me the option to quickly invite my friends who I've already added on Spotify? Isn't that the whole point of creating a "social" music platform? If I have to manually invite them via text message each time instead of being able to quickly select their profile from my list of Spotify friends, why even bother following each other at all? I think Spotify's social features need a major overhaul. So many people use it and yet Spotify refuses to take advantage of the loyal userbase to create a truly engaging social experience.

I'm in Poland btw not Bangladesh. It's crazy we still don't have 2 factor authentication for a service we pay. I shouldn't be forced to change my password every month just because Spotify can't be bothered to bring 2 factor authentication. Last resort I have to use randomly generated passwords from Bitwarden now which is very inconvenient.

Though I still want lossless but I think security should come first.

I just don’t…inflation is hurting us and they think this is ok? Also Joe Rogan is getting the $250 million deal. That is insane.

What do you all think?

I would throw in a screenshot but theres no point because i cant even get all of them in one. Out of my 120 song release radar every week, almost 50 percent of the songs are from random artists with under 50k listens that falsely add features w/ artists that i follow to scam their way into the release radar playlist. Even if some are actually listenable (its a select few) it pisses me off because its just a lie. I realise this has been happening for a while but i feel for me in that last couple months its been happening WAY more than ever before. Just needed to vent and ask yall is it happening to you too? Absolutely scummy behaviour, release radar is literally unlistenable at this point
