I rewrote my addon manager for steam deck to make it a little easier to install.

There's instructions for Windows and SteamOS in the README.md

Pretty much the title. I have the base game on steam but would like buy an upgrade to activate as many DLCs as possible. Should I just buy the latest?

Edit: ok, The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: necrom or Deluxe Collection: Necron seems to be what I'm looking for.
