I have to say the router trick was creative.

Distracting them with his wild antics, and putting the teams under time pressure might force them to ignore the obvious warning signs that something wasn't quite right.

I'm surprised that they got every team's password, but maybe they only needed one member from each team to log into the router.

The animators saved a lot of budget by having Isagi and the 2 other guys talking about last episode's match for 7 minutes.

A fun match from Reo's perspective after that.

As I mentioned in this week's MF Ghost episode thread, we got a new Eurobeat track this episode: Go Wild by Dusty

We got a nice eurobeat track during the lead group battle: Go Wild by Dusty

But the body contact during that was cringe and unsafe. Both of them should have been disqualified.

Nice track knowledge by Katagiri for the overtake, but I disagree that he would have kept the position.

Drifting slows a car down by a lot, and recovering from the drift often results in squirrelly oversteer/understeer and loses even more speed.

The yellow Audi should have taken the position back when the 86 recovered from the drift.

That's why pro drivers don't drift in real races.

Note: The black kid boxer's hero is implied to be all-time boxing great Muhammad Ali, who appeared in commercials for D-Con home pesticide spray and roach traps in 1979-1980.

These were commonly perceived to de-value what we might term today as his personal brand as an African American role model.

Time flies! It doesn't feel like FF has been around for only 20 years...

Honestly, I haven't read up to this point in ToG. The Workshop-long-arc thing I just picked up from hearsay.

Why is Hero wearing the same armor that he's been wearing for 500 years?

Goddesses are so inconsiderate...

The sign for "Udon" was clipped to just say "Don", which is a manga onomatopoeia (word sound) equivalent to "Blam!"

It's also in hiragana, kind of emphasizing the irony. A manga onomatopoeia would be written in katakana.

Ironic in this shot because they're having a moment of awkward silence.

I'm surprised that the Harris campaign hasn't made more of this to divide Republicans, because supporting Ukraine is popular among Republicans too.

I love articles like this about obscure and interesting places with local history!

The song is decent too!

San Francisco Mayor London Breed announced Sunday that she’s lending some of her own staff to help the city’s troubled public school district, whose top official narrowly avoided termination just hours earlier.

Hours after the San Francisco Unified School District’s governing board wrapped up a meeting in which it considered firing Superintendent Matt Wayne, accepted the mayor’s offer.

In a news release Sunday afternoon, Breed said she’s carving out $8.5 million for the School Stabilization Team to help SFUSD overcome its dysfunction.

Money for the mayor’s effort comes from a 2022 measure that unlocked city money to help SFUSD with so-called Student Success Funds for urgent needs. That’s on top of the $100 million the city already provides annually to its K-12 district.

The number of people sleeping outdoors dropped to under 3,000 in January, the lowest the city has recorded in a decade, according to a federal count.

And that figure has likely dropped even lower since Mayor London Breed — a Democrat in a difficult reelection fight this November — started ramping up enforcement of anti-camping laws in August following a U.S. Supreme Court decision.

Homelessness in no way has gone away, and in fact grew 7%, to 8,300 in January, according to the same federal count.

But the problem is now notably out of the public eye, raising the question of where people have gone and whether the change marks a turning point in a crisis long associated with San Francisco.

Hopefully Mayor Breed will show up this time...

Farrell's response regarding this incident doesn't make sense.

If he was purely interested in how long the issuance of the permits would take, why not call the DBI directly instead of Mayor Breed's office?

As Supervisor, Mark Farrell requested noticeably more "behested" payments from companies that had business before the city than other Supervisors.

High quality oriental sword that took over 2 years to transport across the Silk Road.

Kept in my cellar in ideal storage conditions.

Don't try to lowball me, I know what I got.

Personally, I don't think it's a great location due to lack of foot traffic, and cars can't stop there...
