Elons character arc from a PR point of view is really interesting.

At one point I bet many of his current followers were loudly critical of him for Tesla disrupting the ICE vehicle industry. At that point he was seen as much more progressive.

But his mask has now been removed to show the opportunistic business man he is with very little moral standards. Becoming the enemy of many that had previously fallen for his PR, including me.

In my head he really seems like a comic book character.

I genuinely use this technique to get myself out go and exercise sometimes.

Seeing my body as a pet I need to take for a walk can be a weird but helpful mindset.

Whilst these are all problems that it would be great to solve, I feel the vast majority of the public want to see politicians proposing ways to deal with more significant issues.

To me, this sounds like a list of things they feel the older generation dislikes strongly. They want to retain that base as much as possible so they'll put out statements like this ones without having, I suspect, much desire to follow through if and when they do have some power.

But I'm happy to be proven wrong on that.

My comment specifically states that killing him wasn't the optimal solution here, so I can't see how that's your intrepretation of it.

That's my interpretation of it because you're basically saying that because he was breaking the law (maybe you're saying that it's because he was breaking specific laws), it's justified that he was shot and killed.

Whether you want to pussyfoot around the distinction between him deserving it and it being justified is beside the point from my perspective because I don't believe he did deserve it or that it was justified.

Seems like we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.

Literally everyone acts like im some sort of evil disgusting monster and stays as far away from me as possible

The bit anon left out is that this is how everyone treats him everyday, sick or not.

Neither the article, or anything mentioned in these comments is claiming the victim's 'innocence'. They are however making the point that EVEN if you do all of those things you shouldn't expect to be shot and killed.

Your comment sounds equivalent of claiming girls that dress provocatively deserve to be raped. It just isn't the point. The point is that he should not have been killed.

I like it as a starting point to a subject I'm going to research. It seems to have mostly the right terminology and a rough idea of what those mean. This helps me to then make more accurate searches on the subject matter.

Jesus Christ to all the hypotheticals listed here.

Not a judgement on you, friend. You've put forward some really good scenarios here and if I'm reading you right you're kinda getting at how crazy all of this sounds XD

I hear you. But this isn't necessarily one or the other. I think it's beneficial to have these types of product available for those who have already become obese, whilst leglistating the food that people are pushed towards eating by the system.

I'm not saying that the government will necessarily do both, but that it's not an issue with this study that the food available isn't being managed.

Hasn't musk been losing traction in this game for a while now anyway? My understanding is that Tesla's whole initial selling point was that they disrupted the market and made electric vehicles something that people would want to buy, whilst the other automakers were 'technically' making EVs but making them look awful to keep the fuel industry alive.

Other automakers have woken up to the demand now and are making nice EVs. Unless Tesla can do something innovative that actually works consistently they're probably going to phase out.

Does anybody know any communities for mums or parents in general?
