So you have these cartoon characters like Winnie the Pooh and Donald Duck running around without pants and it’s totally ok, presumably because they don’t have any genitals. Based on this, if a human were to have their genitals completely removed, or for whatever reason didn’t have any genitals, does that mean they could then walk around bottomless in public and no one would mind?

Star Trek was a Desilu production and Lucille Ball was a card-carrying communist party member in the 1930s. She later denounced it under threat but I’d find it hard to believe she didn’t remain at least a little sympathetic. That would have probably helped.
