There seems to be two choices: compression vests, which do come in adult sizes, and weighted vests for working out, which is what I was thinking of. It looks like you can get one at Walmart for $26 or so that can be weighted up to 110 lbs. Hope that's helpful!
Would a weighted vest be too constricting? They come in different styles and the ability to add or subtract weights.

Don't get me wrong, my animals are worth it, but I think some first-time pet owners don't realize this.
Eventually, when the cats get older and no longer wash properly, we too will get a Hell Bag. I'm almost looking forward to it...
Seriously, I doubt any doctor would recommend a patient with depression to take a "medication holiday."

Habitica for daily tasks (I like the RPG feel), gobin.tools for breaking down tasks into manageable increments, and the pomodoro app Focus To-Do to keep momentum. I use a paper calendar for appointments and dates and index cards to keep track of tasks that don't have a specific date involved.
Because it could literally be life or death, I wouldn't put it past them to take a page from the ED warmline and try using bots. It sure worked for NEDA... /s
I unapologetically have pill caddies for my morning, noon, and night pills--no way I'd remember or keep track without them.
He looked like a very good listener! I'm glad you ran into him.
