I'm comparing the Quest 2 vs this on VR-compare and i dont see how this competes with the Quest 2 let alone the third. (so much for competing vs Quest Flagship)

VS the Quest 2 it's got the same resolution (albeit 2x lcd instead of 1x), around the same fov, same ppd, Lower refresh rate (90hz vs 120hz). It's also about 3x the price of the quest 2.

The only thing it's got better are color cameras for passthrough, then we'd compare to the Quest 3 and it's losing in pretty much everything, otherwise matching.

Props to them tho for offering these free accessories

awe sad, my friend had to do the steam link speed test a couple times before it seemed to notice that it could go over 100mbps. Both of us are using Windows so that might also be a factor yea

Ooh good to see Moonlight is still getting support, works alright for games that doesn't require low latency.

I recently started playing through the Steam Link app and it works way better, latency is not an issue.

Launches in Big Picture mode so it's as if i've got a SteamDeck, and my whole library is at my fingertips

Depending on the country you're in, there might also be consumer protection laws for that

Keeps reminding me of this South Park scene:

"Hey, hey, hey, 'member the Cold War?" "Ooh, I love the Cold War, that was fantastic!"

What's the issue? Is assuming that op meant that all 9/11's are referencing the twin towers your argument? That people aren't allowed to be surprised that an event which changed thousands of lives is being brought up by children? Spoilers: you sound like a jerk

I see all the Ublock Origin love, I also want to bring up Privacy badger (while not an adblocker I use it and would love for people to confirm it's relevancy to me).

Should be part of the basic user extension kit afaik

As i wrote on another Zotac Zone post, I’ve been looking at all the other handhelds from Asus, MSI, Lenovo, and was really disapointed in the lack of touchpads.

Shouldn’t it be a no brainer for a desktop-os-sporting handheld, especially a windows one? At least the lenovo has that interesting mouse sensor on the bottom of one of their joycon-like controller, but that’s not gonna help much when you’re holding the device.

If it's just for this one model, you could always order from people who do have printers. There are a few 3D Printing Services like Shapeways and Protolabs (those are the ones i found quickly I've never used them and don't know whether they are actually good or not)

I think the closest is Google Pay, but i doubt it's any better for privacy vs Paypal
