If it is a dark brown almost black sauce that is sweetish then it is likely hoisin. If it is red and spicy it is likely hot cock sauce (sriracha), if it was peanutty sauce then it was Vietnamese peanut sauce.

I wonder who it is that owned the trailer/ bought the trailer and open up all the bibles and see if they are all stamped with their own church information on them. This reeks of an inside job for attention seekers, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they "forgive" whoever did it and won't seek charges so that the investigation gets dropped before anyone finds out it was the pastor himself.
