Those are actually balls that stop the water from evaporating by absorbing all the heat from the sunlight that hits them I think. Very useful for storing water you don't want to waste

Yeah that sounds about right, anyways go try to use vscodium. It works the same way and you can even get extensions added to it but it takes a bit more work.
