Yes, it is useful because it make your body better.

Let's give an example: Assume you are in the shootout. You have the gun, so they are. You are quick reflect because you are trained, which make you moving and shoting better than those weeb on high.

Another example: You hear a gun shot. You run for 2km without breaking the sweat. Because you are training to enduring and stamia daily, you can run for a while without tired.

But I think, reflexing, enduring and stamia are most useful when you are in danger. Just act fast, and run the hell out of danger.

I keep miss my alarm clock. I set 2 of my android phone. They do ring. I also set my clock with the bell.

But I miss them all.

Is there any sure shot not to miss alarm.

So, most user are passive user. Maybe they leave because nothing interesting.

One another hypothesis is that the stats is not count fully as some instance was not up to the task, slow, ... So the now stat is under-count

Get some exercise. Start with few km walk daily. Then Do running and gym.

Try to exhause another side, you will feel better. If your mind is exhaused, then try to run, jumping (rope), pump up your heart rate. THen your mind become clear.

If your muscle is exhause, then sit down and read, use your mind, to forget your body is broken as fuck
