Tachiyoumi is a different case, they absolutely could win but didn't have resources to go to court.
No xd. People only care about how the game plays, it doesn't matter if it looks like a potato (like wow or CSGO), but whatever you say 30 fps isn't and never was "smooth". In my case it makes me dizzy so it's physically unusable.
