I would set up a Kali VM and play on HTB or tryhack me. They will have windows machines already set up for you. HTB academy's "getting started" module would be a good place to start or TCM's practical ethical hacking course (there is a free version on YouTube).

I have an insta 360 one x2 and its a struggle to edit things. I got 360 studio working by running the installer through proton but its not the smoothest experience. I have resorted to just using the app which means I share my videos less :(.

I would say if your school uses handshake or something similar start there otherwise the usual jobs boards work.
