I'm trying to understand who you hurt with your comment to get downvoted like that. I 100% agree with you and even for those who don't, not drinking during pregnancy is an absolute must if you don't want to fuck up your child's health for life...

As for not wanting to be part of the hookup culture is totally a valid personal choice. What's wrong with that?

I'm sad I didn't see any comments saying he shouldn't be using a $40k wallet key to test his software in the first place. Anything could happen with simple code mistakes...just get an empty wallet or one with a few bucks in it.

Well whoever is doing this DDoS made me want to donate to the internet archives. Good job on bringing more visibility!

Well no I'm glad CBC talked about it otherwise we wouldn't know that this guy is a rich idiot.

CBC even allowed Newman to have a public reply to this. He kept his opinion straight.

"It is frankly incredible to me that advocating for a cessation of hostilities is seen as not only controversial, but somehow hateful," Newman wrote.

I can always count on Microsoft to help me fix my default browser settings which I keep changing by accident. Silly me.

I rather like what he said. It is completely reasonable in my opinion.

Here is his full response:

"Yes, no f**king shit, I make games for a living," he said. "If I didn't want to earn money from them I wouldn't charge money for them. I like the business model of 'I want money so I make something that I think is worth money, and you pay me that money and you get the thing, and we're all happy' That's it. There's nothing complicated or hidden here."

"If you don't think the things I make are worth the money I charge, that's completely ok," he added. "Don't buy them, or wait for a deep sale, or go the sneaky route and get them for free or whatever, and please tell me that so I can adjust the prices for whatever I release next."

I wonder how much they really will get. As per Steam's policy, they won't receive the payments until January 30th. By then, tons of people have time to request for a refund. They are also apparently more generous on the refund window. (more than 2 hours)

Then the YouTube comment section saying how it's our fault since we are close to China. I don't know why I still read them.
