Literally illegal. Discussing crimes doesn't equal crime, so there's no reason for them to requeust IPs. And at least in the EU you aren't even allowed to disclose information related to your person.

Funny thing, spez expressed in interviews that he liked Leon's philosophy behind a lot of decision over Twitter.

So there's a lot of truth to that

Edit: I'm gonna tear my autocorrect a new one. It's "Elon Musk" and I hope that's clear.

Idk if this is a hot take, but imo the war in Ukraine is pretty clear city while the Palestinian and Israeli conflict his an infinite list of wrinkles and nuances.

It's far less controversial to say the former is Russia's fault than it is to say the latter is either Palestine's or Israel's fault.

I hope unity's shareholders are happy with what they hoped for. This is the result of driving a company too far. Let's makes this a guideline to follow for other companies not to make such shady decisions.

It becomes more appearent with every new instance of protest that there's something equally valuable for a company as money, and that is community trust. Because losing it can stop growth. I love the new layer of accountability we obtained with the internet.

People keep misunderstanding why this is huge deal.

Obv razor is not going to file suit for copyright, that's just dumb, but the big news is that they are using a cracked version and selling it as a legitimate one. This means they somewhat approve of the crack in the game in that fashion. That is surreal and also proves a bunch of arguments against DRM. That is the real news here.

German here: if they find him, it probably will. Our justice system is not perfect, but we can usually be proud of the results.

Can we say the obvious for a second?

Good decision. Everyone needs to be able to see this. It's important, especially in this climate.

I mean if he chose to communicate his preference, that's a problem. But "Vote for educated leaders" shouldn't be exactly controversial. If you're angry, is it because you know the ppl that you voted for are uneducated?

If I was a student who wrote a text that was rejected due to this tool, do I have a case against either my institution, the professor who threw it out or OpenAI?

I am stuck with defamation but idk if that's actually defamatory in itself, as that only works if the professor or school had done due diligence that the tool is good for use, but there were already reports that it was not.

Yeah I don't like this. Can't we just use our upvotes to decide which news are important?
