I've also put wood panels on my car to save the environment. It's pretty useful.

I'm not sure I understand why the voters decided this was the right way for their revolution, but it just seems like a weird approach to destroying your government. You still have tons of nukes on your soil. You think those can only go off outside your borders? You think you get a share when the launch codes are sold to the highest bidder? Or are you hoping Musk will be in charge of that, because he's a rocket scientist?

I hope they get what they want though.

A metric they published themselves. Who even cares about this bullshit anymore? As if anyone could verify that.

Wenn man tatsächlich weiß was man schreiben will, dann tut man es einfach. Es ist unfassbar wie viele Leute auch mittlerweile echt glauben dieser LLM Output ist mit Fakten gleichzusetzen...

The other day I was driving on the Autobahn at 3:30am and there were literally no cars around me. These Germans always go on and on about how the Autobahn is so fucking great, but then they are not using it? You have to be really stupid to not see how that illustrates why the entire country is going to shit

This isn't just an idea. Aligning behind a guiding father figure is one of the textbook elements of the authoritarian right. It's not even like this would be eye-opening to them. It's a legitimate life choice, just like aligning yourself under god.

Not every muslim or arab thinks alike. Either way though, this is probably not a great subject for a first meeting 😄

I do recognize that the core issue lies deeper. It just doesn't feel realistic to solve the fundamental problems before the election though. So it's not unreasonable to reduce the problem to the vote for the time being IMHO.

You are making several great points and I thank you for explaining them. I don't even want to argue against any of them.

I just feel like I've seen the USA murder muslims for a decade in the first degree, and now people are getting worked up over a second degree, and consider electing a con artist to prevent it.

I'd rather have a reasonable person in office, that might respond to the public opinion, than someone who is purely focused on their own gain.

I'm starting to feel like this genocide straw man is truly their strongest argument. Like, is that going to make me forget the other option wants to turn the country into a dictatorship?

You seriously want to bring up genocide to play a "lesser of two evils" game, when one evil is Trump? GTFO

A wild ride. I absolutely loved the scenes and how they set up the shots. Really a lot of great imagery.

Overall, easy to predict, but still enticing.

I'm not sure I can ever really put the ending into a proper context though. It ripped the entire movie out of its tracks

Classic meme with a sloth

One of the greatest joys, when going to the gallery, is to be able to appreciate the surface of a work. Sometimes it's ridiculously fine detailed strokes, sometimes it's thick layering of paint which add depth to the piece.

I didn't get too close to take this picture, don't worry :)

I saw installation in Zürich and was absolutely in awe. I would highly recommend to see it, if you have the option.

I really liked this sculpture in the Kunsthaus Zurich.
