This one too:

Cover Up (1984). While waiting for an episode filming to resume, actor Jon-Erik Hexum played Russian roulette with a .44 Magnum loaded with a blank. The gunshot fractured his skull and caused massive cerebral hemorrhaging when bone fragments were forced through his brain. He was rushed to Beverly Hills Medical Center, where he was pronounced brain dead.>

It's amazing that his follow-up, Return of the Obra Dinn is just as brilliant but in a completely different genre.

It's a deliberate campaign to muddle the meaning of words. Look at what conservatives have done to "fake news" or "woke" to see how they're building a parallel Newspeak language

Bill Watterson actually expressed his disappointment with this strip because the fixed panel layout wasted a lot of space at the top while making the lower part very crowded. The fixed panel layout was for the benefit of newspapers who might rearrange the panels to fit their papers and often excluding the top row entirely.

He was eventually able to negotiate with his publishers to get a fixed size layout for his later Sunday strips.

I haven't used third party firewalls or AV since Windows 7 or so, especially when these programs started to act more like malware themselves with the constant nagging.
