I got "don't talk to me or my kids ever again" banned by Reddit. Making a new account in a FireFox multi-account container was fine. Adding an email that is closely related to my previous ones (gmail dot tricks) got it banned. So it seems easy to work around, just don't do the obvious things.

Because that's the road to leads to sourcing and building your own voron from scratch and spending a thousand dollars on parts

Looks at my 2.4 sitting on my workbench.

Can confirm, that's exactly how it happened. 😬

TBH... I have a feeling some of who you named are part of who she is calling out.

iirc James would have technically been her boss during her time there.

And you're ignoring what we're talking about is what I'm saying.

Tesla doesn't give you an OBD plug and a phone app to see your percentage. They show it in the car. The thing the post is talking about, the thing I'm talking about and the thing everyone else but you in this thread is talking about.

Again, I don't know why you think you know more about my car than me.

According to Tesla I'm rated at better than my EPA estimate.

73% @ 247mi = 338mi @ 100%

Also anything above 70% health is considered "normal" by Tesla, so my car according to them is "normal."

Model 3 Long Range / Performance: 8 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first, with minimum 70% retention of Battery capacity over the warranty period.

This whole post is that they lie on ranges, everyone knows this, yet you accuse me of lying about something that's proven?

Someone in the HN thread linked to a reddit thread where an ex Apple tech claimed this issue could happen with even just changing the serial number of the screen. He also claims to run a repair shop now.

Of course this is like 5 levels removed from a source so pile of salt.

Yeah, no.

That was through a traffic jam that had traffic going 5mph, not 90. Speed limit is also 75mph and I use AP with a 5mph offset, so 80.

Not sure why you think you know more about my car that me, but just no.

At 39k miles my battery is already at 87% health. On top of that it's 100° outside and the AC was on Low to even keep up with the heat from the sun.

Yup, yesterday a 130mi drive took up 75% of my M3s range, rated at 321mi when full, so I "lost" ~110mi of range on that drive. Of course AC full blast and it being hot as balls out is going to make it a little worse, but not 110mi worse.

I've also noticed "interesting" behavior at Superchargers. When navigating using their built in system, if it tells you to stop at a SC, while charging it will show your current battery % increasing, but not your arrival %. I assume to game you into charging a little bit more than you actually need to either account for these range differences, or to just make some extra cash from the charge at home crowd.

Thank you for your service soldier. 🫡

Hopefully in a camo themed one the entire time. 😂

From what I've seen a lot of them are trolling the admins in the replies.

Stuff like:

As a former mod, I think there is no better choice for a new moderator of r/malefashionadvice than myself. My plan for the subreddit is simple. It's time to put "male" back in malefashionadvice. That means mandatory penis inspections before anyone is allowed to give advice or post in WAYWT. If high school sports teams can do it, why can't we? Thank you for your consideration.

I would like to moderate this subreddit. I think getting rid of third party apps and removing the mfa mod team were awesome decisions and I want to expand on those ideas as a new and improved mod. First obviously we would institute bans on anyone who has participated in the misguided reddit protests. Second to make sure that reddit is effectively monetizing we will ban direct links to clothing websites and instead link through a new reddit shopping portal. Lastly i would ban the word scab, its distracting people from the content.

I'd like to be a mod because I think Spez is a dishonest creep, as is everyone involved in the ModCodeofConduct account, and I pledge to do my very best to burn all your efforts to the ground.

There's obviously going to be some begging for it, but I can't tell which of those are actually wanting it, or pretending to want it just to troll more.

Same, after I said:

If you're going to run a poll to decide the future of this sub, you should have the poll be off-reddit and linked here. They've edited comments in the past, what makes you think they wouldn't edit poll results to favor them?

I assume they've been browser fingerprinting for a long time since they banned 8+ accounts, including ones I haven't logged in to for like 4 years (I created a new account every time one hits ~10k karma for privacy)
