This image is based on the cover of a TSR product. Can you figure out which one?

Great. First game to my knowledge to add support not done by me. I will have to give it a try when I get a chance.

My article on Gamerzilla is available on Fedora Magazine. Gamerzilla is an open source game achievement system. The article describes how to create an account on a server and setup the gnome shell extension to upload your achievements.

I watched Ed Greenwood's video on the wingless wonder. I thought it could work in my current campaign. But I want a slightly more scary looking version. So I drew my own.

DragonMech has an usual looking lunar dragon. I decided to draw a draconian version.

Traditionally I have run mostly homebrew adventures. I've used encounters taken from commercial adventures every once in a while. The Dragonlance campaign I'm running is the first I've really tried to run a module straight.

My players aren't always going along with that idea but that's ok. I've also added some content because I wanted a special event for the character with divine powers. I plan to do the same for the knight. Due to this I created Dulsi's Dragonlance Addendum on DMs Guild.

For Spelljammer I found the process less satisfying. I had to tweak many individual encounters to match what I wanted. So running it requires looking at the adventure and looking my notes for things to override.

PocketQuest 2023 (www.drivethrurpg.com)

Drivethrurpg did another game jam. PocketQuest 2023 had a theme of space. Has anyone tried any of the games? I have a few I've been thinking of picking up. Critical Press Media's youtube channel has put up video reviews for some of the entries.

Star Crew and First Contact attracted my attention due to the Star Trek like setting.

The Paths Between the Stars allows you to read the whole thing with the preview. I haven’t seen the Tricube Tales system before. I think it is a little too lite on gameplay for me.

I did look at the description for Bread Space because I was confused as to what it could be. A cooking contest in space sounds odd.

Expedition to Darakon Island has a nice cover and the idea of illustration being part of the gameplay is interesting (even if I’m bad at art).

My entry into PocketQuest 2023 is Brick Exoframe. You play as a someone in power armor. You can shoot off components of enemies and replace your components. It is designed to be used with Lego bricks (or compatible toys). It includes instructions for a basic space marine design and has images of various modified versions.

I subscribed to a community on ttrpg.network. It has been listed as subscribe pending for a while. Is that because this site needs to approve it, the other site needs to approve it or both? (It doesn't really matter. I'm just curious how this works.)

I've been restoring old open source games. I make them easy to build again and add new features. Recently I've started creating videos to promote this work.

I created some bad artwork of the characters in Fight or Perish, an open source Dandy/Gauntlet clone and pretended to discover this lost arcade cabinet artwork. https://youtu.be/V2n4WDZ346o

I tried to search for "[email protected]" and it doesn't find anything. Instances says this site is linked to lemmy.ml. Am I doing something wrong to subscribe to a community outside of this site? I was able to subscribe to a community on a different site.
