As they should. I get that a build error caused this, but not testing the build before pushing it to millions is pretty unforgivable. It had real monetary consequences and they should share in those losses.

I'd personally take the T series over the L series. I personally have a T430 that's still kicking around. T series are business-grade laptops and tend to be more durable.
