A large portion of Americans use Fox as their only news source. They "know" Fox is the only one you can trust and all the others lie. I also, unfortunately, have to interface with some of them semi-regularly, as I call them family. I like to know what lies they are being fed.

Feel free to block or unsubscribe from this community if you don't want to see any content from Fox (the News community here also pulls in Fox's global feed). My offer to share the code still stands and I have also seen other RSS bots for Lemmy if you want to try one.

I prefer not to willfully live in an echo chamber. I don't agree with any of Fox's nonsense, but that doesn't mean I'm afraid to read what they put out there.

This community is just a personal news feed on my private instance that posts aggregated RSS feeds, you are more than welcome to ignore or block it. I'm also happy to share the code if you'd like to set up your own with whatever feeds you wish.
