For all intents and purposes, I believe so. But one of the points that actually got a laugh in the oral arguments was how divided (ineffective) the Congress is.

The Alabama Supreme Court ruled, Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, that frozen embryos can be considered children under state law, a ruling critics said could have sweeping implications for fertility treatments. The decision was issued in a pair of wrongful death cases brought by three couples who had frozen embryos destroyed in an accident at a fertility clinic.

It's no surprise that Smith identified Trump as a target of the investigation, but it's a sign that the probe is wrapping up and indictments may be issued as early as Friday.

(I swear I posted this earlier today but whatever)

It's no surprise that Smith has identified Trump as a target of the probe, but it shows that the probe is wrapping up and charges have been considered. We may very well see 3 indictments (2 more) by the end of the summer.

Edit: grammar
