I know that this information is years old, but as the GOP attempts to pick their new nominee for Speaker of the House, I find it important to note that most of their potential candidates are ones who objected to the 2020 Presidential results in one or both of Arizona and Pennsylvania.

It's no surprise that Smith identified Trump as a target of the investigation, but it's a sign that the probe is wrapping up and indictments may be issued as early as Friday.

It's no surprise that Smith has identified Trump as a target of the probe, but it shows that the probe is wrapping up and charges have been considered. We may very well see 3 indictments (2 more) by the end of the summer.
