Financially stupid? I guess, but that applies to almost all collectibles. So does paying to go out for a meal when it’s cheaper to cook at home, but people still do it because they enjoy it.

That wiki entry literally says that it was designed to help during childbirth…

“for symphysiotomy and excision of diseased bone, respectively.”

Follow the link for symphysiotomy and it says “Symphysiotomy is a surgical procedure in which the cartilage of the pubic symphysis is divided to widen the pelvis allowing childbirth when there is a mechanical problem (obstructed labour).”

Sounds like if we keep going we’ll finally have male contraception other than condoms, that is surgery free!!

No. He had low grip, but no mechanical issues

My son didn’t want to use a potty at all. No matter what. He would occasionally use the toilet, but didn’t like that either. He was too comfortable in nappies I think.

Then one day he just decided that’s it and started using the toilet. He was about 3.5, which I think is quite late, I’m not sure. But there was no way he was doing it before then, he just knew when he was ready. He was out of nappies at night about 4.5.

My daughter is now 2 and will try using the toilet standing up after watching her brother 🤣 she at least wants to ditch nappies, but she’s not quite getting there.

That will eventually happen to affinity I’m sure, but at least affinity is ~5% the price a perpetual CS6 license was.

What would be the terminal velocity of the poop sliding down a zip line? I can just imagine it hitting a wall at the end and exploding 😅
