These grips what are the difference to the gloves? The inside hand is still protected?

I will beginn to train my grip strength. Ordered two grip tools. Will report in some weeks if it improved my situation :)
chalk/magnesium is in my gym forbidden because some guys did mess with them. Maybe i try liquid chalk.
Kann auch ESN empfehlen, habe da dann gleich 4x 2,5kg gekauft, was mir dann immer (seeehr viele) Jahre ausreicht und dadurch auch nicht die Preissteigerungen mitbekommen habe.
ESN hat oft Sales die man bedienen kann (Rabatte oder kaufe 2 dann der 3. dritte umsonst). Die man zB. mittels mydealz verfolgen kann. Hilft halt nur nicht, wenn man das Zeug sofort braucht.
Happy with Intel Nuc for the homelab / selfhosting because they don't take so many place and still have much power (sometimes on the cost of the fans loudness.
