Damn you Kropotkin!

I believe the receptor cell responds to a particular part of the molecule in question. Artificial flavourings and scents have identical (or similar enough) parts to trigger the same response, but are otherwise different molecules.

Nice reply, btw. I thought it looked impressive at first, especially with the lack of motion blur but noticed the short depth of field which got me thinking a bit, but it stilled looked impressive. Your link is less sharp/more grainy so maybe the OP's image could be digitally enhanced? which would explain some of the quality.

Understadable, it can be challenging! My advice, other than to keep at it long term, is don't stress about doing it 'right'! The best thing is to have that regular exercise in your life. It doesn't matter if you have on-off spells, just focus on getting yourself going again after the off spells and make a routine if that fits your personality.

Don't count calories as a way to see if your doing well enough (it can be handy for some people to do as a means of organising their health drive though), and don't judge your achievement on your weight - muscle weighs more than fat so be sure to take that into account if you do weigh yourself regularly. If you need a measure, use the amount of time spent exercising, whether light or more strenuous, keeping it going will be the best benefit.

You can also be fit and healthy without being skinny, slim or toned! And lastly, try to find that exercise you can get whilst enjoying yourself.

Hope I'm not teaching you everything you already know!! :)

But what came first? The jellyfish or the egg??!!

I believe the body uses up muscles (the physical muscle tissue) first when exercising. You need to exercise for over half an hour (or something like that) before the body starts using fat reserves.

I know what you mean though! If I don't exercise for a few days and it feels like I haven't for weeks!

Vegetable stir-fry, curry or similar should be easily do-able. There's plenty of fresh veg that will keep long enough out of a fridge or canned asian veg is decent. Tomato or pesto pasta. Stew made with canned beef isn't bad. Omlette.

Do you have a cool bag/box? Grab a bag of ice and you have a fridge for a few days. Even a plastic box would do the trick.

Sounds really tough for you, job hunting can be hard, really hard. Employers often look for certain people - you mention amazon workers with less language skills, they're employed because they can't kick up a fuss and will take being pushed harder on the whole. You could play dumb maybe to get a job to get that maybe? My only other thought at the moment is to try recruitment agencies if there's any about where you are and you've not rhoughtbof that yet.

I really don't think this is any good for the OP. He's not talking about sucess or making it! Just getting ANY job at all!! (Edit, did you not even take in the first paragraph?!). Saying he can't get anywhere without help from family is really bad. I've personally never had a leg up and have been able to get a job and basic career. I understand it can be far more difficult for others, and I went through a stage like his of not being able to get even basic wage work, so I appreciate what I've got, but it is possible without nepotism!

Yeah, my first thought was, isn't Hungarian far more complex/different. Also, Icelandic is meant to be very difficult to learn too!

Very expensive, like owning a Rolls Royce as a modern day gig worker delivering pizzas...
