What is the 40,000 in terms of percentage? I think that is an important bit of context that raw numbers don't tell (I don't know enough about the situation to know which population centre to be looking at population data for)

I might be splitting hairs here, but its always bothered me when death wishes are conflated with death threats. It happens so often that whenever death threats are reported I just think "I bet someone actually wished cancer on them".

If bought second hand, they can be quite affordable compared to new android phones. I know I'm comparing old vs new but no one is complaining when someone has a new android. (I overpay for new android phones more often than I should)
