Your company is abusing it's employees. Imagine if it was something other than exercise how abusive it would be.

With how a lot of jobs have a lot of their pay based on nearly mandatory bonuses, this is basing pay on controlling you outside of work.

Israel the nation, government and military is an apartheid state currently committing genocide. This statement passes no judgement on the vast majority of the Israeli people and especially no judgement on Judaism and Jewish people as a whole.

Anyone trying to conflate the two are just trying to apologize for genocide.

Nah. It's supposed to make all LGBTQ+ kids feel like they are alone and that something is wrong with them so they hide who they are and are easier for others to manipulate.

Brooklyn High School coach Tim McFarland and his players repeatedly used the word “Nazi” as a playcall in a game against Beachwood High School. Beachwood, a Cleveland suburb, is roughly 90% Jewish, according to the latest survey, published in 2011, by the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.

However, several Brooklyn players continued to direct racial slurs at Beachwood players during the game, the statement read.

The statements did not mention disciplinary action toward the players involved.

Suspension and removal from football team for those players and have the team take a loss any time this happens. Seems like a basic response for hate speech, harassment, racism and bullying.

Since if you decline they fire you. Yeah, this doesn't make sense since now they're still out someone for that shift AND out other shifts. But managers aren't logical or reasonable when they pull shit like this: they're vindictive.

Their time is more important than your time because they've triple booked all their patients in order to maximize profits. I hope 7min enough to discuss your entire physical health and chronic pain treatment options. If not they'll have to schedule you a follow up because there are other patients waiting! /s

Voting with your wallet doesn't work when there aren't any alternatives. If all the services are bilking people, then there's no choice but to stop using an entire type of service. There's a similar argument in American tipping culture: you can just vote with your wallet by not going out to eat.

But that's austerity measures and those have been shown definitively to NOT work. People won't give up most of life's pleasures and conveniences unless they have to. No one wants to deprive themselves of most of society's benefits. And they shouldn't have to. There should be laws regulating how companies charge and introduce fees and what they can charge for to prevent abuse and industry-wide abuse.

Too bad for Texas that the constitution outlines that only the federal government has the right to deal with other countries. Both the Treaty Clause and Logan Act cover this base. Texas is wrong.

Well this violates 18 U.S. Code § 115.

(B)threatens to assault, kidnap, or murder, a United States official, a United States judge, a Federal law enforcement officer, or an official whose killing would be a crime under such section,

with intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with such official, judge, or law enforcement officer while engaged in the performance of official duties, or with intent to retaliate against such official, judge, or law enforcement officer on account of the performance of official duties, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).

(4)A threat made in violation of this section shall be punished by a fine under this title or imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years, or both, except that imprisonment for a threatened assault shall not exceed 6 years.

Like, that's textbook. Also if this threat is taken seriously by other members in the trial, this could easily extend into witness tampering, jury intimidation.
