Hey y'all. The GF loves French toast, and I'm pretty good at making it. Only problem is my roommates stole my only nonstick pan when I moved out. I'm going to attempt making it using my stainless steel pan, any tips? Or am I looking at a disaster here?

SUV breaks have been an issue, ever since the 2022 May inspection, in which Rotors and Pads were replaced. Just the fronts were replaced.

The brakes started sqeaking at first, and then the car started to shake mildly when breaking. This eventually got worse.

The car was taken to the shop sometime around September, and the Rotors were sanded down. This fixed the issue for about a month.

The brakes being squeaking again. The car was taken to the shop again, but they didn't hear it when taking it for a test drive.

Car started shaking again.

I didn't bring it up during the May inspection in 23. The Rotors were then replaced around June of 23.

The car has started to squeak again when breaking, but only at around 50 mph or above.

IEDs are a lot like guns, don't look straight down the barrel, or in this case, don't look it in the eyes.

I've got an old Toyota, and years of sun have started to take thier toll on the paint. I'm starting to see the pain chipping on the hood. I want to keep this thing running for as long as I can, and I don't want it to look like a rust victim while I do it.

What options do I have to repair it? What are cheaper easier options, and what the the more expensive options?

I have absolutely no idea what's going on according to your favorite propaganda outlets. Russia invalid Ukraine in 2014, starting with Crimea and then the Donbass. Just because Russia solders took off their patches, doesn't mean they weren't Russian soldiers.

Russia invaliding sovereign countries is a tail as old as time, just look at Georgia.

Anywho, enjoy supporting war crimes, and remember, a quarter of a million Russians have died face down in the mud for nothing.

My GF loves lattes, but she's lactose intolerant. She refuses to take lactose pills, for some unknown reason.

I've tried making lattes with skin milk and almond milk, but they don't foam quite the same way whole milk does. Any suggestions?

I took a quick peak and I created an account too.

I don't see too many communities for individual series, except for Harry Potter. I can think of a few that I know I'd like:

Lord of the Rings Wheele of Time GameofThrones The storm light archive Mistborn Cosmere Cremposting - this is a shit posting sub of the above three TheExpanse

Yeah, I'm pretty basic.

Can I get away with just keeping a CO2 detector in the kitchen and bedrooms, or should there be one in the basement as well?

Hey Y'all

Bought a new home in New England with a stone basement or a rubble basement, whatever you want to call it. The floor is concrete. The home is on a hill, and well above the water table, but it's got a stump pump because stone basements can still weep if it's wet enough, I believe. I know I'll need to throw a dehumidifier in there and aim for 40%.

The home inspection didn't turn up asbestos or anything like that, but I want to know if there are health hazards I should consider. Thinking about doing a radon test, are there any other tests I should do? Or items I should consider?
