Components for a build except GPU doesn't matter because the kernel will handle the drivers for x86-64 on-board hardware and system updates will handle any others if necassry. For which CPU, memory, etc to use, it doesn't matter. The only thing I would stress is download Radeon driver from website and for chipset and various components.
