Adv stands for advertisement (no idea why they didn't just say "the ad".)

The difference is the higher graphics quality and the more interesting game mechanics in the ads which often are seriously lacking in the actual game.

This is much more of a list of stuff commonly believed by Catholics, not so much by Christianity as a whole.
