[Notice: Additional Information Regarding Refraction Railway Line 3 Progress Reset]

Hello,

This is Project Moon.

After the May 23rd(Thu) 12:00 (KST) Scheduled Update, in version 1.47.1, 'an issue where E.G.O resource would be saved upon Retry Stage' has occurred.

Once we realized this, we posted a notice with the details of the issue, line closure, progress reset, and reward withdrawal around 14:30 (KST).

As for the 'Progress Reset' that we informed you about in that notice, we realized in hindsight that a universal progress reset for all users is not a fair measure for users who did not run the Refraction Railway content in the 1.47.1 version and will cause many users to feel disadvantaged due to this issue.

Therefore, we plan to change our measure as follows.

• Before: Reset Refraction Railway Line 3 progress.
• After: If the user has made any progress in the Refraction Railway after the May 23rd(Thu) 12:00 (KST) Scheduled Maintenance, only that progress will be reset, and their progress will be rolled back to where it was before the maintenance. E.g.) If the user cleared up to Station 3 before the May 23rd (Thu) Scheduled Maintenance but progressed to Station 5 after the Scheduled Maintenance: Progress rolled back to Station 3 Clear
• Rollback Deployment ETA: After the May 30th (Thu) Scheduled Maintenance

※ However, please note that any clear records made or RR3 banners obtained after the May 23rd (Thu) 12:00 (KST) Scheduled Maintenance will still be reset.

We will try our best to make sure that no issue will hurt the integrity of the Refraction Railway Line 3 records,

And if any issue were to occur, we will try to prepare fair and accurate measures for correcting them.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

Below are issues that have been identified after the May 23rd Scheduled Update.

1. An issue where choosing the ‘Retry Stage’ option in the Refraction Railway caused the E.G.O resource upon entry and E.G.O resource upon ‘Retry Stage’ to be added together (Please refer to [Notice: Refraction Railway Line 3 Error & Temporary Closure] announcement for more information)

2. An issue where entering an Encounter with -45 SP does not cause the character to Panic or Corrode

3. An issue where an incorrect text was displayed in the popup for the ‘Clear all Caches’ in the Login Scene

4. An issue where E.G.O equipped by a Support Unit are all displayed at Threadspinning Tier 1

5. An issue where returning to Identity Details after viewing the E.G.O Passive causes the E.G.O CG to linger

The above issues will be addressed with a future Scheduled Update. We will inform you via a Scheduled Update Notice as soon as these issues are corrected.

• An issue where choosing to ‘Retry Stage’ in Refraction Railway Line 3 caused the currently owned E.G.O resources to stack

Cause

• A side effect of reorganizing the in-game combat system logic

Solution

• Identify the problem logic and correct the issue
• Prepare the next build, submit it for review, and deploy the fix with the next Scheduled Update (After May 30th Scheduled Maintenance).
• Reset clear records from May 23rd 14:30~May 30th 12:00 (KST)

[Notice: Refraction Railway Line 3 Temporary Closure & Reverted Clear Records]

Refraction Railway Line 3 Temporary Closure

• When: After May 23rd 14:30 (KST)

• Reopening: After May 30th (KST) Scheduled Update

• Please note that any Refraction Railway Line 3 progress remaining after the Line 3 Temporary Closure will be reset after the reopening with the May 30th Scheduled Update.

Reverted Clear Records

• When: With the May 30th (KST) Scheduled Maintenance
• Who: All users who cleared Refraction Railway Line 3 after the May 23rd 12:00 (KST)
• If your Refraction Railway Banner has been updated with new turns, they will be reverted to their previous records before May 23rd 12:00 (KST)
• If this is your first Refraction Railway Clear, because there are no previous clear records, your User Banner will be withdrawn.
• No other rewards will be withdrawn.
