Hello everyone,

I started going to the gym in February and followed the same workout plan until now. A few weeks ago I started running and it makes it difficult to keep going to the gym as often as before. I was wondering if this two days per week workout plan would be good enough to grow (or at least maintain) muscles:

Day 1: Upper body / core

  • Lat pulls
  • Dumbbell bench press
  • Dumbbell bicep curl
  • Pushdowns
  • Back extensions
  • Pec fly (or chest press machine)

Day 2: lower body / shoulders

  • Seated leg curls
  • Leg press
  • Leg extensions
  • Calf raises
  • Side lat raises
  • Dumbbell overhead press

I also start each training with incline sit-ups.

Hello,

I tried to Google it but I didn't get a good answer. Does someone know the difference between pizza barese and pizza tonda romana? They seem to be the same type of pizza but I'm probably missing something.

Is the pizza tonda romana the pizza that's most commonly eaten outside of Napels, or does every region have it's own style?

If I look for a community on it's own instance, does it show me total number of subscribers from all instances then? Because it seems to give me the same amount of subscribers for the communities I looked up via the link you posted.

Signed up three days ago but was still using Boost until it stopped working just now. Am now figuring out how Lemmy works.
