Literally everyone agrees that more housing should be built and it shouldn't be too hard to do so (just don't sacrifice safety standards). However, simply building more housing isn't enough. A lot of the housing built nowadays are built for the rich while there aren't many small starter-homes being built. We need to do so much more than just building more homes, or else we risk the rich just buying them all up again.

They're pushing AI so hard but most people just see it as a gimmicky thing. The only people who care are the investors.
If I was in a swing state then I would vote for Harris to prevent Trump from getting in, but I'm not in a swing state so I'm going to vote for a candidate that I actually like.
Since my state (California) would never turn red, the best thing I can do in my vote is to help my actual preferred candidate get access to campaign funds.
But again, I do think those in swing states should do whatever they can to prevent Trump from getting in.
Assault rifles are banned here in California, and yet everyone has AR-15s because Gavin Newson can't properly define what an assault rifle. What does he hope to accomplish with this?
It means he's an idiot who wants to convince other idiots that this will mean less taxes for them, while it just means that poor people will be taking up the tax burden while the rich get away without paying anything.
