In an imaginary scenario, if I go to sell my house, and know that I've got a 400k loan to pay off and the house is worth around 400k, I'm going to factor in what I have to pay the agents and set it for 420k (assuming 2.5% for both selling and buying agents to split). I'm not going to be walking away from that still owing money to the bank.

The prices always factor in how much will be going to the agent(s). You will not accept a price that is below what you need.

I expect this to get a lot of negative input, but the Orca's free roam space is actually 3x the size they've highlighted. And granted, it's really small compared to the oceans of the world, but someone's purposely lying, and to make the point they don't even need to. Just had to try to get the multiplier to move a tiny bit more, like that would be the sway point.

Still not sure what people expect SeaWorld to do with the orcas they currently have. Should they all be shot? Is that better for the orcas? They would starve to death if released.
