The video shows an officer step in front of the slow rolling vehicle. He even takes a step forward right before he jumps on the hood. He was also able to safely get away from the slow moving vehicle after he fired a shot, something that he could have done before choosing to end a life

Humans are emotional beings. Working for LTT is a dream job for lots of people in the industry including Madison.
