I tend to be pretty even-handed when it comes to news outlets whose editorial slant I disagree with. Wall Street Journal has done good work.
But this pre-buttal by Alito on its pages is a really bad look and diminishes the rest of their publication in my eyes.
The throughline here is that Texas will take whatever position most hurts the powerless.
