Not really, it's just that before the rabies vaccine and before any sort of organizations to control animals, encountering roving animals with rabies was a real danger with no easy solution. Oh finally! Me, having a intense interest in 15th to 20th century history, I can't wait for packs of rabid dogs to once again roam the streets, It'll be so awesome and such a cool reference. Maybe even bring dog catchers back with comically large nets?
Every time the "36th British Fleet" with like 36 ironclads and 3 monitors (25% max org) sails over to block my naval invasion, I can only imagine it like a Jerma bit. Running (sailing) across the street (English Channel), comically hyperventilating, right before being hit by a big-ass truck (Dreadnaughts)
