Ich würde es auch mal grundsätzlich begrüßen, wenn sich die Tagesschau und alle anderen Institutionen wie zum Beispiel Krankenkassen mal dazu äußern, wieso ihre Apps eigentlich nur über Apple/Google verfügbar sind.
Müssen Apple und Google wissen, welche News-/KK-App ich nutze?

Überhaupt sollte die EU mal durchdrücken, dass Hardware und Software nicht zwangsgekoppelt werden dürfen.

Personally, I do NOT like the development, to integrate more and more in a browser. No one can keep track of this code base anymore and security becomes a gamble!
Meanwhile a browser is more like an OS (access to maaany system APIs, sandboxing, firewalls, storage...) than just a frontend for the web!
But fundamental functions are still missing like tab-history management when work with duzend to hundred of tabs.
I miss the focus in development.
