(just for completeness) posting now works without issues, it was an ipv4/ipv6 network issue and the failover took forever on each request :/ (fix: https://github.com/minetest-ch/lemmy.minetest.ch/commit/74131a273cbfb25d5a3f04fa4f8bc08ecbaea178)

i opened an issue for the moderation issue here: https://github.com/minetest-ch/lemmy.minetest.ch/issues/4 should not be a blocking issue :)

Fair point, i've changed the system-default to "Browser-Default" again, the minetest- and other themes should still be available in the settings menu 👍

Not quite, i planned to make an advertising run on the forums and discord first, maybe reddit later.

The reason i didn't do it yet is that there are some features in the current version that are only half-baked (posting takes ages sometimes) or not working at all (purging communities and some moderation features).

I'd rather wait for the next major release (which might be soon: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/tags) and see if things are better there.

(if you think this approach is too slow just let me know 😉 )

During sign-up I noticed there’s a checkbox for that. I’m guessing it’s a default option on all Lemmies.

If by "nsfw" you mean pornographic material then no, i don't think that's a good idea, there are other platforms for that...
