What are you moving around that you need 10 cars per train? I've only minimally used trains so far but I think the largest I used was 4

I agree, janeway was straight up a bad captain. I can dismiss some of it as being stranded, but she barely towed the starfleet line.

It also seems if you can't get it to run on linux at first, setting compatibility to proton experimental bleeding edge will do the trick.
