What did you smoke for the occasion?

You can download the "premium" version for free from F-Droid

Random example: If you want to smoke while camping, would you risk damaging an expensive pipe or bring a cheaper pipe? I don't mean using a pipe that smokes less good, but cutting back on esthetics or so.

Do you distinguish between expensive and cheap pipes, pipes for working and pipes for relaxing? Are you afraid of potential damage or scratches to your nicer pipes, or are they a tool for a job that can and will show some wear?

I tend to smoke more aromatics in the fall, simply because I smoke more inside. While I still smoke Virginias inside, the room note is just much nicer with aromatics.

That would be very helpful!

It did help a bit. I think the key point is to pack it looser than I do with my larger pipe, it seems to work better

The earth spins faster at the equator, which is the reason for the rotation of hurricanes. They spin counter clockwise north of the equator and clockwise south of it.

Edit: The reason they don't cross is not because of the Coriolis effect working against the original rotation direction if a hurricane crosses the equator, but rather because the storms are moving away from the equator

Packing small pipe (lemmy.world)
submitted 1 year ago by [email protected] to c/[email protected]

I bought a Savinelli 109 a couple months ago. I love the smaller dimensions, the light weight and could clench it the whole day!

The issue I have is packing the pipe. The chimney is 17mm (.7") in diameter and 36mm (1.4") deep. I can never get it to smoke to the bottom, despite relighting all the time, and always toss out a good amount of unburnt tobacco at the end.

What could be the issue? Any tips for packing smaller pipes like this?

Do you have one favourite pipe? Why? Why not? What is the story behind your favourite pipe?

I haven't tried Revanced, but I'll give it a go!
